Dear Yuletide Writer,

Eee! It looks like you and I have something in common! (Or possibly four things in common.) I'm pretty exciting to see what you're going to write!

In general terms, I love banter, sharp-wit, referential stuff, and tenderly romantic moments.

1.) Spaced

Spaced is my current obsession, but if you're unfamiliar with it then move along! I love all of my prompt suggestions equally. (But I totally recommend you watch it when you have some free time.) If you are familiar with it, then awesome! It's great, huh? I am infatuated with the friends-with-the-possibility-for-more angle that Tim and Daisy exude. I love the subtle way it's worked in (and sometimes outright obvious ways!) I would love to see a story where protective!Tim comes to Daisy's aid. Or maybe a story that plays up the fake-relationship and allows their UST to shine. I don't necessarily want them to end up together, I'm more for the winks and nudges. And I love all of the characters, too, so feel free to incorporate them in if you want. I don't want to pin you down too much with the specifics.--Do what you want, how you want it. I'll love it no matter what!

2.) 30 Rock

For this prompt, I'd love to see something fun between Jack and Liz. I'm really easy to please with this pairing. Whatever, however! I love the idea of Jack and Liz in a secret relationship, but that isn't necessary. They can just be friends, or really close friends. Secretive sex is optional!

3.) Chuck

I know I said I'd like to see a nostalgic holiday story involving John Casey, but it doesn't need to be limited to the holidays. It can be at any time, or any holiday. And feel free to incorporate the others as well! There's something about that man that is appealing and sweet.

4.) Ed (2000)

Ed and Carol were my favorite adorable couple back in the day, so I'd love to see something cute with them in the post-finale universe. Maybe their first Christmas as a married couple? Or something equally fun. Take it wherever you wish! And I'd love to see a little Mike and Nancy thrown in for good measure!

I'm really quite easy to please when it comes to receiving fics! Just take your time and enjoy the process! I'll love the finished result to bits!

I just looked at my class roster for spring quarter...

Out of 25 students, 14 are male.

Um, yeah, something tells me several of them will run screaming. Particularly if you consider the fact that I'm screening Osama the first day. Which may or may not be designed as a Litmus test.

Spoilers: Umm... Danny has ex-wives. I think that's covered in the second episode. This takes place after 1x06, but it's been severely Jossed (as the kids say) anyway.
Notes: I started this story back in November 2006. It's now July 2007. For the most part it was finished by January, but I got fed up with certain elements on the show so I put it on the back burner. I started it in the first place because I thought that Danny was rather under-developed and the meat of his back story just sorta... disappeared.
Notes, Part 2: Big thank yous go to caz963 for repeatedly fine-tooth combing this thing, nudging me along, and offering insight. And special thanks go to bexatious for helping me tweak Ex-Wife #2's name. Also, try to guess who I'd cast in the role of Ex-Wife #2; three hints: she's blonde, leggy, and Bex helped me name her. :)

It turns out there are no good CSI:NY mood themes within this series of tubes. And also it turns out that have loads of free time on my hands (at least until Wednesday).

Therefore, I spent my Monday afternoon/evening making a mood theme. It's Danny and Lindsay. I really, really wanted one, so I broke down and made it myself. A lot of the images are from the season three finale because, um, hi, pool table sex!!!! And there's a lot of nekkid Danny, too, because... well, look at him.
